At first, the corrosive guns of critical race theory were pointed at white people. The entire aim of that pseudo-intellectual claptrap was to demean, degrade, and demoralize white people and make them feel guilty for everything bad that has ever happened to members of other races.

But predictably, it wasn’t going to stop there. Sooner or later, it was going to take every successful and productive group it could find and use it as a scapegoat for the misfortunes of less successful groups.

Now, critical race theory is finally being used to corrode the morale of Asians as well. In response to this, the Chinese American Citizens Alliance of Greater New York (CACAGNY) has issued a blistering statement condemning critical race theory.

Chinese Americans Stand Up Against Critical Race Theory

One of the core claims of critical race theory is that American society is “structurally racist.” Proponents of this theory are always studiously vague about what this term means, and with good reason. If things like affirmative action and college admissions quotas exist—which explicitly urge discrimination against white people and other officially disfavored groups to the benefit of other favored groups—it’s hard to see how the laws and institutions of American society could be systemically tilted to favor white people at the expense of, say, Black people.

That’s why the term is never defined. Instead, “systemic racism” is talked about like some kind of vague, demonic force.

If there are any kind of observed differences in life outcomes between white people and nonwhite people in which white people have better results—be they in income, educational attainment, or whatever—these differences are always attributed to “systemic racism.” No evidence is ever provided for this claim.

Well, now it seems that the race hustlers have decided that Asians’ life outcomes are just too good. Their incomes and their grades are too high. They’re being arrested at rates that are too low. And so, critical race theory has now also started to be used to beat down Asians and blame them for the problems of other races.

CACAGNY, however, is sick of it. The group had recently issued a powerful statement saying that “Critical Race Theory (CRT) is a hateful, divisive, manipulative fraud.”

Critical race theory has now started to be used as an excuse to exclude high-performing Asian students from top universities, and it has been creeping into workplaces as well.

As CACAGNY said, “From its very roots, CRT is racist, repressive, discriminatory, and divisive.”

Thank goodness that more people are starting to see this.
