Andrew Cuomo, the disgraced former Democrat governor of New York, was always rather naughty, that is, perverted – he didn’t just become so in recent years, claims a former aide of his in a new book aptly entitled “Penis Politics”.

Cuomo was finally forced to resign in August after revelations that he sexually harassed at least 11 different women in the past 8 years, after an investigation by the office of NY Attorney General Letitia James, also of the Democratic Party, who is suspected of coveting his former job.

He is now facing misdemeanor charges over one of the groping cases.

However, it turns out that the former NY golden boy was always a nasty pervert – as testified to by Karen Hinton, who served as his press secretary between 1997 and 2001 when he was the Housing and Development Secretary of the second Clinton administration.

Back then, Cuomo was apparently great buds with Bill, another well-known Democrat politician-pervert.

Hinton’s book was quoted by The New York Post, which got an early copy.

Heavily enmeshed in the Lewinsky scandal

In her book aptly entitled, “Penis Politics”, Hinton discloses how after the sex scandal involving Monica Lewinsky, he showed his staff a cigar box presented to him by Bill Clinton, sporting a note that read, “Don’t task, don’t tell”.

It is a bizarre joke involving both the Lewinsky scandal where cigars were used, as at the time that was the unofficial name of the Clinton administration’s policy towards having homosexuals serve in the military.

As he lit up one of Clinton’s cigars, the 1990s Cuomo, joked that at least one can’t catch AIDS from sucking on the cigars.

Back then, Andrew was one of Clinton’s advisers helping the Democrat president with getting out of the sex scandal with Monica Lewinsky.

He was quite the joker as he told his staff that they can “defend oral sex” but he’d have to draw the line “at presidential a** f*****g.”

Cuomo, who used to be married to Kerry Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy’s daughter, at the time also cracked funny, dirty jokes about his former in-laws, by telling junior male aides that two Kennedy brothers would have sex with the same woman.

In his words back then, the woman in question liked “getting “f*** in the a”, and on some days would visit both Kennedys one after the other.

More bizarre Cuomo claims, rejected

Even more telling is what Cuomo followed up this story with.

He allegedly told his young male colleagues that when a man has a* s with a woman, he “owns her soul” – which is an utterly perverted, bizarre comment making no sense whatsoever – maybe only in pervert land.

Hinton’s shocking book quotes have been denied by Richard Azzopardi, a Cuomo spokesman, who called them “ridiculous” and “vile”.

Hinton is known for also having working for New York’s outgoing Democrat Mayor Bill de Blasio, with De Blasio and Cuomo believed to be really hating one another.

Robert Kennedy Jr, who is one of the brothers of Cuomo’s ex-wife has rejected the book’s claims.

He said he’d never heard of two Kennedy brothers having sexual relationships with the same woman, and that he never knew anybody named Karen Hinton.

He also stated that he thinks Andrew Cuomo wouldn’t tell such a story ever.
